(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) — Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. announces Attorney Scott Schallhorn has been elected to the firm’s Board of Directors. In this leadership role, he joins fellow board members to set the firm’s strategic direction, provide operational guidance and oversight and establish and adopt policies.
Schallhorn is a business attorney with extensive experience advising individuals and businesses in complex commercial transactions, finance and real estate matters. He represents corporate borrowers, institutional lenders and major developers in loan transactions involving construction financing, bridge loans, permanent/end loans, and loan restructuring.
