Bethany is a business transactional attorney primarily concentrating her practice in the areas of commercial finance, real estate, and health care. Representing clients involved in real estate and project development, Bethany works to facilitate business and leasing transactions for both lenders and borrowers.
Bethany has federal, Arkansas, and Oklahoma litigation experience in many types of employment, property and commercial disputes. Her involvement in electronic discovery and large-scale document review projects, along with her diverse work in the oil and gas industry, provide Bethany with a unique background for her clients’ ever-evolving transactional needs.
During her law school career, Bethany served as the Managing Editor for the Arkansas Law Review and worked as an Arkansas Rule XV Student Attorney in the Civil Clinic. Additionally, she served on the school’s ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition team, competing for Arkansas in both Washington, D.C. and Seattle, Washington.
Immediately following law school, Bethany practiced in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but returned to northwest Arkansas in 2016. Bethany is from Bryant, Arkansas, and now lives with her husband, Andrew, in Rogers, Arkansas.
