Brittany H. Pettingill is a litigator with experience defending medical providers and large and small businesses in tort actions in Arkansas, and across the country, from onset through trial. She represents insurance companies in coverage disputes, bad faith and deceptive trade practices litigation. She defends Medicare and Medicaid providers against neglect and false claims act claims brought by government agencies and relators. She is a member of a defense team and assists with the representation of pharmaceutical and other product manufacturers in large-scale litigation.

  • Counsels Medicare and Medicaid providers in pre-suit negotiations with government agencies related to neglect and false claims act claims.
  • Represents Medicare and Medicaid providers in false claims act cases brought by government agencies or individual relators.
  • Advises clients on document retention policies, including the storage, maintenance, and retention of emails and other electronically-stored information.
