Mr. Crawford has experience representing companies and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Mr. Crawford defends physicians, hospitals and other medical care providers in medical malpractice litigation, as well as long-term care providers in nursing home litigation. Mr. Crawford also provides representation to companies in an array of tort litigation, business disputes, construction litigation and general commercial litigation. He has also represented clients in education litigation and has successfully defended businesses and individuals in covenant not to compete litigation in Arkansas. Mr. Crawford’s appellate practice includes multiple appeals before the Arkansas Court of Appeals as well as successfully representing a client before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
