Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) correspondence states that a conference call will be held on December 9th at 10:00 a.m. (Central) to discuss the “Mass-Based Implementation Approach.”
The agency states that the call will be organized around the following subtopics:
- Compliance under a Mass-Based Approach
- Allowance Allocation Approaches
- Allowance Recordation
- Allocation Methods to Address Leakage
- Allocation Methods for Units that Change Status
- Set-Aside Allocation Methods
- Set-Aside Methods to Address Leakage
- Set-Asides for the Clean Energy Incentive Program
- State Allocation Distribution Approaches
The “Rate-Based Implementation Approach” will be discussed in a conference call on December 16th at 10:00 a.m.
On January 5th ADEQ states that it will hold, in conjunction with the Arkansas Public Service Commission, a stakeholder meeting on the Clean Power Plan strategy at the MISO headquarters in Little Rock. The meeting agenda and meeting times will be set at a later date.
