Overview

With sophisticated knowledge and experience in all aspects of lending, Mitchell Williams counsels lenders and borrowers on the full spectrum of loan transactions. We understand our clients’ business objectives and the technical requirements necessary to ensure an ongoing relationship of trust and confidence.

Commercial and Asset-Based Lending

We advise banks and institutional lenders across the state of Arkansas in structuring and documenting transactions including multi-lender loan facilities, asset-based loans, cash flow transactions, working capital facilities, leveraged buy-outs, ESOP loans, letters of credit, competitive bid facilities and mezzanine financing.

Mitchell Williams has a long history of representing Arkansas’s banking community. Our experience allows us to understand the borrower’s business and provides thoughtful, strategic advice including the appropriate loan structure to help mitigate any elements that may not turn up a favorable result for our clients.

Our team members are located in our offices across the state, in Little Rock, Rogers and Jonesboro and often travel to other locations to serve our clients. As a full service firm, our team has access to lawyers with legal knowledge of topics that often intersect with loan transactions including environmental, tax, real estate, employee benefits and bankruptcy law.
