Our clients operate across a broad spectrum of sectors, including transportation, conventional and alternative energy generation and distribution, petroleum marketing exploration, and development chemical manufacturing, cement manufacturing, telecommunication services, consumer products, forest products, agribusiness and banking and finance. We also assist state trade associations and work with local governmental bodies.
Practice team members are regularly involved in the negotiation of permits and compliance issues with local, state and federal regulatory agencies and in counseling clients on a variety of environmental matters.
