Jeff Thomas is an insurance regulatory lawyer who provides legal advice on insurance-related corporate and regulatory matters across the country. When regulatory matters arise, Jeff works with clients in directing internal investigations involving violations of policy as well as regulatory compliance matters.
Jeff is well respected in the insurance industry and regularly prepares and coordinates legislation for insurance companies, health maintenance organizations, trade associations and businesses before state legislatures. Jeff represents clients and their interests with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and the National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL).
