Mitchell Williams attorney Kathlyn Graves presented at the 84th Annual Arkansas Municipal League Convention in Little Rock on June 14.
During the panel, Equality: A Plan for a Better Community, Graves discussed the duty of employers to prevent and resolve harassment claims in the workplace and how cities should be prepared to properly handle workplace harassment claims.
