(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) —Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. is pleased to welcome Attorney Allison R. Gladden to the firm. Allison joins the litigation practice in Little Rock.
Allison concentrates her practice on debtor-creditor relationships including bankruptcy reorganization under Chapters 9, 11 and 12, discharge and dischargeability litigation and creditors’ rights. She represents both debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcies and in non-bankruptcy workouts of distressed loans and other contractual obligations. Allison is also a certified mediator and has extensive experience with foreclosure and collections proceedings, secured transactions and the litigation of disputes. She is well-versed in the law of Arkansas limited liability companies and has advised clients on a broad range of LLC matters, particularly in the bankruptcy context.
Allison is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. She earned a juris doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rhodes College.
