(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) - Attorney David Biscoe Bingham presented to the Arkansas Chapter of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He discussed income tax consequences associated with trust terminations.
David is a tax and estate planning attorney who represents individuals, couples and families in estate planning and advises entrepreneurs and ownership groups on entity formations. He also assists non-profit entities with formation, operations and qualifying and maintaining tax-exempt status. David is chair of the Arkansas Bar Association’s 501(c)(3) Task Force and a Class II graduate of the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
