(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) — Attorney David Bingham has been selected to the 40th class of Leadership Greater Little Rock. Established in 1985, LGLR is a nine-month community leadership program created by the Little Rock Regional Chamber. It is designed to develop effective leaders by enhancing their civic, social, and professional awareness to positively impact our community.
Leadership Greater Little Rock develops community leaders by training and informing participants on a wide array of local public policy issues and concerns. In-depth training sessions focus on topics such as the region's economic development, health care, education and criminal justice systems, exploring their background, origin and present-day status. Over the course of the program, David and other members of the Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XL will explore the challenges and opportunities facing the region and learn from community business leaders through a combination of lectures, tours, dialogue and interaction between speakers and participants.
As a tax and estate planning attorney, David prides himself on being a trusted legal advisor. He represents individuals, couples and families in estate planning and makes sure his clients’ assets are transmitted in the most tax-efficient manner. When representing clients in business entity formations, David advises entrepreneurs and ownership groups on selecting the correct entity to minimize taxation and facilitate the transmission of the business’s value to the owners or their heirs. He also assists non-profit entities with formation, operations, and qualifying and maintaining tax-exempt status.
David is a graduate of the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is actively involved with the Arkansas Bar Association where he is a member and serves as chair of both the 501(c)3 Task Force and the Probate and Trust section. He is also a member of the Pulaski County Bar Association.
