(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) — Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. announces Attorney Devon Kalkbrenner has joined the firm to lead the new construction law practice.
Devon is a construction attorney with extensive experience handling complex commercial deals from beginning to end. She brings a strategic perspective to counseling clients informed by her years of construction expertise and industry experience. Prior to joining Mitchell Williams, she served as associate general counsel for one of the largest privately owned engineering and contracting firms in the nation. She also served as corporate counsel for a national ENR top 100 construction management firm for more than 11 years.

Combining her construction industry knowledge and in-house counsel experience, Devon has extensive experience in the construction industry working on a wide range of legal issues. She will help clients navigate the complexities of the construction industry to achieve their business objectives.

Devon is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction, the Associated Builders and Contractors, and Associated General Contractors, Arkansas. She is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Texas. She holds a juris doctor from the University of Arkansas Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
