(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) — Attorney Jordan Wimpy presented this week National Clean Water Law and Enforcement seminar hosted by the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) in Asheville, North Carolina. As a panelist, Jordan discussed the most important clean water court decisions and clean water legal developments of the year.
