(ROGERS, Ark.) — Attorney Lizzi Esparza has earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). The CIPP/US credential is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard.
Lizzi focuses her practice on advising business clients on data privacy and cybersecurity issues. She also represents clients on a diverse range of litigation matters, including personal injury, insurance coverage disputes and other commercial litigation matters. Earning the CIPP/US credential provides her with a foundational understanding of broad global concepts of privacy and data protection law and practice, including jurisdictional laws, regulations and enforcement models, essential privacy concepts and principals, and legal requirements for handling and transferring data.
