LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Zach Steadman, member with Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. has been selected to the Arkansas Business “40 Under 40” list of Arkansas' rising stars.
The annual list recognizes Arkansas’ top leaders in business and politics who are under age 40. These individuals are chosen for the impressive advancements they have made in their profession despite their young age.
Steadman's specific experience is in insurance and health care regulatory work throughout the United States. He is active nationally in state legislation in insurance matters. Steadman works with clients on licensure and certifications by state insurance departments and health care agencies. He represents clients on federal and state regulation of health care providers, health plans and insurance carriers. He also advises clients on federal and state issues including privacy (HIPPA), fraud and abuse laws, and data security and cyber liability.
Steadman serves on the Camp Aldersgate Board of Directors and on the steering committee for the Junior Achievement of Arkansas Legacy Award Business Luncheon. He is a volunteer basketball coach at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church and serves on Arkansas Children's Hospital Committee for the Future.
Steadman joined Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. in 2007 and was elected as a member (partner) in 2015. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas Bowen School of Law in Little Rock and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
