(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) — Attorneys Lindsey Vechik and Jacob McElroy recently presented a License and the Law webinar to the Arkansas Nurses Association members. The educational program helped nurses understand the process if a complaint is made against their license and identified up-to-date strategies to protect their professional license.
As a trial attorney, Lindsey Vechik combines her extensive courtroom experience and sophisticated insurance knowledge to uniquely represent insurance carriers and their policyholders in a wide range of insurance coverage litigation. With her depth of experience in risk management, Lindsey specializes in claims alleging extra-contractual liability, claims advice and pre-suit counseling related to insurer’s claim decisions. She represents insurers in claims involving medical malpractice, nursing home liability, product liability, premises liability, personal injury and property damage claims. She advises insurance companies in the pre-suit investigation and resolution of a wide variety of insurance claims. Lindsey uses her trial skills to represent licensees with complaints pending in front of numerous Arkansas administrative licensing boards.
Jacob McElroy is a litigator with experience defending businesses, insurance carriers and their insureds in various lawsuits and proceedings including medical malpractice, nursing home liability, premises liability and administrative proceedings. Jacob also assists insurance carriers in evaluating their potential risk and exposure and advises them on potential mitigation strategies and options for resolution.
