(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) – Attorneys Sharnae Diggs, Kimberly Glover and Caroline Kelley have completed the third class of the Public Service Academy, a program of the Arkansas Bar Association and the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service coordinated in association with the University of Arkansas Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and the University of Arkansas School of Law. The program provides service-minded lawyers and law students the tools they need for service in elected office, as volunteers or in civic engagement through nonprofit work.
Sharnae is a member of the litigation team and assists in the representation of clients on insurance defense, commercial litigation and labor and employment matters. She assists with labor and employment related cases involving wage and hour, FMLA and ADA claims and their state counterparts.
Kimberly focuses her practice on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, workouts and commercial litigation. She routinely represents institutional lenders, bankruptcy trustees, creditors’ committees, property managers, and other business entities.
Caroline is a business and tax attorney who helps individuals and families plan and implement comprehensive estate planning strategies and minimize tax exposure. She counsels corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on formation, reorganization and other tax planning matters. Caroline is also known for her specialty practice handling adoption cases.
