Mitchell Williams Announces Attorney Ben Jackson Elected to Board of Directors

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. announces Attorney Ben Jackson has been elected to the firm’s board of directors. He joins fellow board members Burnie Burner, Nikki Lovell, Lyn Pruitt, Derrick Smith and Stan Smith along with Managing Director Jeff Thomas.

Jackson is an experienced litigator counseling clients when they anticipate potential litigation following an incident after a lawsuit has been filed, through trial and beyond. He has developed a specific legal practice representing commercial clients, financial institutions, hospitals, medical clinics, physicians and business organizations in matters of information security, risk management, cyber liability defense and medical malpractice defense.
