JONESBORO, AR. – Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. announces Wade Bowen has joined the firm as Counsel in the Jonesboro office.
Wade Bowen assists individual clients with estate planning and advises businesses and individual clients on a variety of tax and tax-related issues and transactional matters. His practice includes assisting business clients with business formations, business sales and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. In addition, he represents clients in administrative tax proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service and the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. He also creates and implements estate and business succession plans on behalf of individuals and families.
Bowen earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law and the LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Arkansas. Bowen is a graduate of the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Craighead County Bar Association and Rotary Club of Jonesboro.
