(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) — Mitchell Williams Attorney Brian Pipkin has been accepted to the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (FORC). FORC is a professional association of insurance regulatory lawyers formed in 1988 for the purpose of raising the standard of excellence in the practice of regulatory law. Earning membership into FORC requires years of experience in insurance regulatory law, recommendations from many insurance industry leaders and a rigorous vetting by insurance industry experts.
Pipkin provides legal counsel and regulatory guidance to insurance companies, insurance agencies and producers, health plans, managed care companies, and other insurance and health care related entities, on a national basis. He also actively monitors issues and advocates for clients at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) meetings and other national industry meetings. Pipkin also has extensive appellate experience in cases before the federal courts of appeals, state supreme and intermediate appellate courts, and federal and state administrative agencies.
Pipkin has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© and as a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star. He earned his juris doctor with high honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and holds bachelor’s degrees in finance and in psychology from the University of Arkansas.
