AUSTIN, TX – Attorney Burnie Burner presented alongside Andrew Marson of Strategic Risk Solutions today at the Texas Captive Insurance Association’s Annual Conference in Austin, Texas. For his sixth appearance at the conference, Burner and his colleague discussed the process of moving captive insurance to Texas.
