(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) — Mitchell Williams Attorney Cara Butler presented at the Arkansas Society for Directors of Volunteer Services (ASDVS) 2022 Summer Conference in Little Rock. She discussed the vaccine mandate and what is required of vendors and business associates that come into hospitals to do business.
Butler is an employment attorney that counsels businesses and not-for-profits on employment and workplace issues to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws. She advises human resources administration on hiring and termination, employee discipline, state and federal leave laws, employee handbooks and policies and wage and hour compliance.
