LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Attorney Craig Cockrell has successfully completed the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy, an executive training program focused on strengthening leadership attributes and enhancing management abilities through strengths assessments, one-on-one training and the expertise of featured speakers.
Over the course of the program, speakers discussed servant leadership, best practices for hiring, creating and maintaining company culture, managing through crises and building trustworthy management teams. Insight Leadership Group of Northwest Arkansas built the course materials and facilitated each of the five sessions.
Cockrell advises businesses, individuals, municipalities and state agencies on tax matters and business transactions including business formations and start-ups, stock and asset acquisitions, real estate transactions and public financing transactions. He also assists individuals and families with preparing and implementing estate and business succession plans and provides legal counsel on wealth transfer strategies. Having extensive experience in administrative tax proceedings, Cockrell also represents businesses and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (ADFA).
