LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Attorney Jennifer Pierce presented today at the NALS 68th Annual Education + Networking Conference. Her presentation discussed how the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act has caused many companies to change their approach to structuring transactions, including whether conversion from a pass-through entity to a C corporation is warranted. She examined the various types of entities available upon formation and described the issues that need to be analyzed when deciding upon the proper choice of entity.
Pierce focuses her practice on estate, trust and tax matters for individuals, estate and trust administration, as well as entity formation and business planning. She also advises nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations on formation, planning and tax issues.
