LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. Attorney Jordan Wimpy presented at the Arkansas Environmental Federation’s 50th Annual Convention and Trade Show in Hot Springs on October 26.
Wimpy spoke to professionals in environmental, safety and health related fields on the latest developments in water regulation in his presentation, “Variances Under the Clean Water Act – New Developments in the Use of an Old Tool.”
Wimpy represents clients in the areas of environmental, natural resources and water law and is a counsel member of the firm’s business practice group. He is a 2012 Juris Doctor and Master of Environmental Law & Policy graduate, both awarded at Vermont Law School and is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Wyoming.
The Arkansas Environmental Federation is a nonprofit education association with over 200 members working towards environmental protection regulation in the state of Arkansas. In 2017, the organization is celebrating its 50th year of service to Arkansas industries.
