LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Arkansas Bar Association and the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service Public Service Academy announced that Attorney Nathan Coulter has been selected to the second class of the Public Service Academy. In association with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and the University of Arkansas School of Law, the Public Service Academy includes 25 member lawyers and law students who are interested in public service in any capacity. The Public Service Academy was established to provide service-minded lawyers and law students the tools they need for service in both elected office and as volunteers.
Coulter has experience in lending, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. He assists corporate and business clients with contract drafting, entity formation, general business matters and real estate transactions. During his legal studies, Coulter was an abstractor for the Arkansas Bar Association’s Real Estate Review where he analyzed and reported on recently litigated land disputes. As a Captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, Coulter is committed to service and uses his leadership skills to help clients resolve their complex legal issues.
