LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. has elected attorney Nicole Lovell to its board of directors effective Jan. 1.
Nicole Lovell focuses her practice in the area of corporate and securities law. Her general corporate practice includes advising corporations and other businesses on entity selection, mergers and acquisitions, corporate capitalization and restructuring, and ongoing corporate governance issues. Lovell advises both lenders and borrowers on commercial lending transactions. She has been ranked by Chambers USA in Corporate/Commercial Law in Arkansas since 2016, recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2016, named to The Best Lawyers in America© for Corporate Law since 2011 and for Securities/Capital Markets Law since 2013. She was also recognized by Arkansas Business as a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2015.
She earned a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from University of Central Arkansas.
