(HOT SPRINGS, Ark.) — Mitchell Williams Attorney Scott Schallhorn presented at the Arkansas Farm Bureau 88th Annual Convention held November 30 to December 2 in Hot Springs. Schallhorn discussed solar energy land leases in Arkansas and what to watch for before entering into contracts. .
