LITTLE ROCK – Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates and Woodyard, P.L.L.C. member Walter Wright will be a featured presenter today at the Arkansas Environmental Federation’s Regulated Waste Seminar. Wright, an attorney with three decades of experience in environmental law, will be speaking about recent judicial developments on the hazardous and solid waste front.
Wright’s presentation will address the legal issues associated with disposal, processing, treatment or recycling of solid and hazardous waste. Specifically, he will focus on recent developments involving regulatory initiatives developed by the Trump administration.
Wright counsels clients on environmental and water rights issues. He also advises clients, including developers, lenders and petroleum marketers about strategies to address environmental risk in real estate and corporate transactions. He is general counsel to the Arkansas Oil Marketers Association, the Arkansas Recyclers Association and the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Association.
