LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Attorneys David Koehler and Graham Talley presented at the firm’s Peer Speaker Series, a night of networking alongside discussions on the basics of legal knowledge. Their discussion, “You’ve Been Served: Now What?”, examined the fundamentals of litigation preparation and management for business professionals.
Koehler focuses his practice on counseling and defending clients in complex tort and personal injury matters, assisting clients in all phases of a matter —responding in the immediate aftermath of an incident, in litigation, through trial and beyond. Koehler represents a wide spectrum of businesses and industries, from Fortune 100 companies to privately owned businesses. He has experience litigating products liability, insurance bad faith and coverage, medical malpractice, and ERISA matters. He also represents corporate clients and business owners in commercial disputes, including construction, property and contract cases. Koehler is an Associate in the Litigation group. A native of North Little Rock, he joined Mitchell Williams in 2014 after graduating cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.
Talley has experience in a broad range of disputes, including products-liability cases, commercial litigation, and employment law. He also represents healthcare providers in the defense of various claims, such as those brought under the False Claims Act and Arkansas’s “Any-Willing-Provider” statutes. Talley regularly represents clients in state and federal trial courts in Arkansas and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the Arkansas Supreme Court, and the Arkansas Court of Appeals.Talley is an Associate in the Litigation group. He joined Mitchell Williams in 2015 after graduating, summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
