(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) — Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C., a full service corporate law firm with locations in Little Rock, Rogers, and Jonesboro, Ark. and Austin, Tex., has elected attorneys Brytne Kitchin, Casey Dorman Lawson, Allison Raley and Lindsey Vechik to the firm’s membership effective Jan. 1.

Brytne Kitchin is engaged in an active insurance regulatory and employee benefits practice in the Austin office. She has extensive experience engaging with state and federal agencies as well as handling complex administrative litigation matters in state and federal court. She counsels businesses and public companies on insurance regulatory issues and employee benefits and executive compensation compliance.
Casey Dorman Lawson is a business lawyer in the Rogers office. She concentrates her practice on business, real estate and estate planning and administration. She represents businesses with the formation of limited liability companies and corporations, assists businesses with the sale or transfer of a business entity and advises businesses and individuals in real estate matters. Lawson counsels individuals and families on estate planning and the administration of both complex and simple estates and trust.
Allison Raley is a regulatory and litigation attorney in Rogers. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS). Raley couples her technical knowledge and trial experience with a sophisticated understanding of regulatory compliance to provide strategic counsel to corporate, blockchain, decentralized and centralized finance clients on all matters of regulatory litigation, international and national regulatory compliance, securities and reporting obligations.
Lindsey Vechik is a trial attorney and licensed insurance adjuster in Rogers. She represents insurance carriers and their policyholders in a wide range of insurance coverage litigation. Vechik specializes in claims alleging extra-contractual liability, claims advice and pre-suit counseling related to insurer’s claim decisions. She also represent licensees with complaints pending in front of numerous Arkansas administrative licensing boards.
