LITTLE ROCK (Jan. 25, 2018) – Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. Member Benjamin D. Jackson has accepted membership to the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), an invitation-only organization of corporate and insurance defense attorneys and insurance executives.
Jackson is an experienced litigator with a practice focus in the areas of healthcare and insurance defense. He is a strategic advisor for commercial and healthcare clients on data security and risk management issues to prevent and mitigate the risk of future litigation. Jackson represents hospitals, medical clinics, physicians and a wide variety of businesses in matters of defense litigation, mediation and arbitration.
The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) has been serving a distinguished membership of corporate and insurance defense attorneys and insurance executives since 1920.
