Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. is pleased to welcome our 2024 Summer I Law Clerks. Law students Tye Boudra-Bland, J.D. Bruning, Alexis Jones and Sydney Santa Ana are clerking in the firm’s Little Rock office. Law students Minoah Milam and Christian Parker are clerking in the firm’s Rogers office.
Tye Boudra-Bland is a law student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where he is vice president of the Business and Tax Law Society, a member of the UALR Law Review and was named the 2023 Bowen Fellow of the Year. He earned a Master of Arts in history from Arkansas Tech University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in history and psychology from Ouachita Baptist University.
J.D. Bruning is a law student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where he is an apprentice with the UA Little Rock Law Review and a member of the Delta Theta Phi McClellan Senate. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in finance.
Alexis Jones is a law student at the University of Arkansas School of Law where she is the note and comment editor for the Arkansas Law Review and a 2023 Negotiation Competition Quarterfinalist. She is a member of the Black Law Student Association, Business Law Society and the Women’s Law Student Association. She is a graduate of The University of Tulsa and holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management.
Sydney Santa Ana is a law student at the at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where she is the executive editor of the UA Little Rock Law Review and a 3L Honor Justice. She is a graduate of Drew University earning both a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Art in public health.
Minoah Milam is a law student at the University of Arkansas School of Law where she has served as staff editor and articles editor for the Arkansas Law Review and is a 2023 Negotiation Competition Quarterfinalist. She graduated from the University of Arkansas, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. She also holds an Associate of Science in Business, summa cum laude, and an Associate of Science in liberal arts and sciences, summa cum laude, from Northwest Arkansas Community College.
Christian Parker is a law student at Baylor University School of Law where he is the 3L president of the Student Bar Association, a Baylor Law Texas State Bar representative and a semi-finalist in the Mack Kidd Administration Law Moot Court Competition. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences where he triple majored in economics, public policy and political science.
The Mitchell Williams Law Clerk program is designed to provide law students the experience of working across practices to develop the skills necessary to excel in the practice of law. Our law clerks actively assist lawyers and are assigned substantive, challenging and billable work to expand their skills.
