Liquid Environmental Solutions (“LES”) announced that it acquired the assets of Value Stream Environmental Services (“VSES”).
VSES is described as a privately held Arkansas company providing grease trap services and used cooking oil recycling.
LES describes itself as the “Largest Exclusively Non-Hazardous U.S. Wastewater Collection and Disposal Facility.” It is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
LES states it serves customers with non-hazardous liquid needs which include collection, treatment and beneficial recovery of materials such as grease traps, oil water separators, grit traps, industrial manufacturing process and used cooking oil, etc.
Little Rock, Arkansas based VSES is described as the 23rd processing facility that has been acquired to support LES activities.
