Mitchell Williams Law Firm will be holding its next Environmental Insights Webinar on March 16th titled:

The webinar will address:
- U.S. D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Decision vacating and remanding the Affordable Clean Energy Rule
- Analysis of short/long-term implications on environmental, energy and administrative law
- President Biden’s climate agenda
- Does vacatur of the Affordable Clean Energy Rule provide a clean slate to develop CO2 mitigation?
- Discussion of grid considerations as related to fuel type and mix
- How grid resiliency and reliability factor into a climate policy agenda
The speakers will include Stuart Spencer (Mitchell Williams Law Firm) and Franz Litz (Environmental/Energy Consultant).
Stuart formerly served as the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment – Division of Environmental Quality Associate Director and previously headed up the Office of Air Quality as its Chief.
Franz has over 25 years of experience in environment and energy consulting with state governments, think tanks, non-profit organizations and industry. He was formerly a state official in New York and launched the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
The webinar will be held from 12:00-1:15 central standard time.
