With the initial wave of COVID-19 reactionary regulation behind us, States continue to assess existing emergency measures and terminate, modify, or extend those measures as necessary. Some states are also expanding the availability of, or easing restrictions on, temporary producer licenses in response to COVID-19-related testing center closures.
In light of the decrease in regulatory activity, we are moving to weekly updates and will release a revised chart every Tuesday. But rest assured that the Mitchell Williams team continues to monitor the insurance regulatory space and will push out any significant developments as they occur.
