As noted in a previous blog post, Arkansas operates a petroleum storage tank trust fund that provides reimbursement for eligible storage tanks that suffer corrective action requirements and third-party damage claims due to a release of petroleum.
The Advisory Committee on Petroleum Storage Tanks meets monthly at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment - Division of Environmental Quality to review reimbursement claims.
The next meeting of the Advisory Committee will be March 27th at 9:00 a.m.
The meeting will be held in the Commission Room 1W06 at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock. (Zoom via special request only.)
A copy of the agenda and financials can be found here.
