The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) issued a Notice to Contractors soliciting bids for the final closure construction of Thornton Landfill. See PR #9301902.
The Thornton Landfill is stated to be located in Thornton, Arkansas.
ADEQ states that the official version of the complete set of the Contract documents can be obtained from Harbor Environmental by emailing a request to shethcox@harborenv.com. The agency notice summarizes the requirements for what a bidder must submit to obtain such documents. Also addressed are fees required and bid security.
ADEQ states there will be a Pre-Bid conference held at 10:00 a.m. on May 14, 2019, at the Thornton Landfill.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., May 22, 2019, in the Conference Room, Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane Drive, Suite 101N, Little Rock.
