The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) announced that it has scheduled workshops addressing the agency’s Tire Accountability Program.
The workshops are scheduled for:

- Eligibility for Reimbursements
- Extra-Large Tire Fees
- Maximum Quantity of Tires
- Reporting Requirements
- Tire Generators
- Manifest System
- Beneficial Use
- Rim Removal Fees
- Permitted Sites
- Waste Tire Sites
The workshops can be attended at no charge.
