The Arkansas Water Resources Center (“AWRC”) announced an upcoming webinar titled:
The Arkansas Discovery Farm Program: Lessons Learned and Looking to the Future (“webinar”).
The webinar will be held on March 28th from noon to 1 P.M. Central time.
Scheduled speakers include:
- Dr. Shannon Speir
- Arkansas Discovery Farms Research Lead, Crop, Soil and Environmental Sciences Department, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville
- Dr. Mike Daniels
- Arkansas Discovery Farms Extension Lead, Crop, Soil and Environmental Sciences Department, University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service
The speakers are described as faculty from the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, leading the Arkansas Discovery Farms Program. The webinar is described as the first in what will be series of Arkansas Water Webinar Series.
The particular focus of the webinar will be what are described as “critical lessons learned about water quality from across the Arkansas Discovery Farms.”
