The Arkansas Economic Developers & Chamber Executives (“AEDCE”) is presenting an Environmental Permitting Workshop (“Workshop”) on January 18th in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
The subtitle of the Workshop is:
Environmental Requirements and Pitfalls to Avoid for New and Expanded Industries
The presenters at the Workshop include personnel from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, FTN Associates, and ECCI.
Topics to be addressed include:
- General Permitting
- Wetlands
- Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
- Solid & Hazardous Wastes
- Air Permitting, Construction & Industrial Stormwater
- Wastewater Permitting & SPCC
The Workshop will be held at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality headquarters at 5301 Northshore Drive from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
