Ms. Jennifer Hoss recently joined the Arkansas Public Service Commission’s Legal Division for the General Staff (“PSC”).
Ms. Hoss formerly served as an energy consultant and in-house attorney for the Houston, Texas-based, energy-focused consulting firm Opportune LLP.
Ms. Hoss received Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Geography with a focus on biogeography from Texas A&M University. She received a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law – Houston. During law school, she interned for Transocean Deepwater Drilling Offshore, Inc. and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
Ms. Hoss replaces Justin Hinton who resigned to take a position with the Southwest Power Pool.
