Ms. Kitty Cone has joined the Arkansas Public Service Commission (“PSC”) Legal Division.
Ms. Cone will be an Attorney Specialist on the PSC’s General Staff.
Ms. Cone previously was an attorney at the Caldwell Law Office and, prior to that, a staff attorney at Disability Rights Arkansas. She interned with Judge Beth Deere and the Attorney General’s Office (Civil Division) along with the PSC while in law school.
Ms. Cone received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Honors College at the University of Central Arkansas in 1997. She received her Masters of Business Administration, specializing in accounting and finance, from Webster University in 2004. Her Juris Doctorate was obtained from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law.
Ms. Cone was licensed to practice law in Arkansas in September 2013 and Washington September 2017.
