Michael Sappington recently joined the Arkansas Public Service Commission (“PSC”) Legal Division.
Mr. Sappington will be a staff attorney on the PSC’s general staff.
He previously served as Secretary to the PSC. Prior to joining the PSC he was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the 22nd Judicial District of Arkansas.
Mr. Sappington received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Arkansas. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Mr. Sappington has been licensed to practice law in Arkansas since 2008.
