The Arkansas Environmental Federation (“AEF”) will hold its annual Air Seminar on May 10th in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The seminar addresses a variety of issues associated with the Clean Air Act and related authorities.
The seminar will address topics such as:
- Status of Arkansas State Implementation Plan
- Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality ePortal
- Compliance and Enforcement
- Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality Policy and Planning Technical Branch Update
- Panel Discussion Addressing Impacts on Environmental Regulations by the Trump Administration
- Revised United States Environmental Protection Agency Federal Regulations
Besides industry environmental professionals and environmental consultants speakers will include staff from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality and Arkansas Attorney General’s Office:
- Stuart Spencer – Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality
- Will Montgomery – Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality
- Tricia Treece – Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality
