The Arkansas Environmental Federation will hold its Annual Water Seminar in Little Rock, Arkansas April 18th.
The Seminar will take place at the Delta Hotels by Marriott.
The focus of the Seminar is updates to the Clean Water Act along with discussions of PFAS trends and nutrient trading.
Presentations will include:
- Nutrient trading stakeholder report.
- Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment – Division of Environmental Quality Water Quality update.
- Stacie Wassel – Associate Director of the Office of Water.
- Bailey Taylor – Deputy Associate Director of the Office of Water.
- PFAS Part I: Federal and Nationwide Update and Overview.
- PFAS Part II
- Nutrient trading 101
- Greg Phillips - Arkansas Source Testing .
My Mitchell Williams Law Firm college Jordan Wimpy will undertake a presentation titled:
“Clean Water Act – Updates, Developments, and Trends.”
