The Arkansas Environmental Federation has scheduled its annual convention and trade show for November 17th-20th.
Because of COVID-19 the convention and trade show, will be presented virtually.
Mitchell Williams Counsel Jordan Wimpy, along with Jimmy Rogers of FTN, will be addressing the topic of Section 404/Wetlands.
Mitchell Williams Counsel Stuart Spencer and Chuck Buttry of Trinity Consultants will provide an update on Air Permit Procedures and Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction.
