Mr. Mitchell Dowden has recently joined the Rose Law Firm as an Associate Attorney.
Mitchell had been serving as an Attorney Specialist with the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment - Division of Environmental Quality (“DEQ”).
Mitchell will be in the Little Rock, Arkansas office of the Rose Law Firm. He will work in the Firm’s Business Section focusing on environmental and agricultural law issues.
Mitchell had served at DEQ since June 2021. He began as an Attorney and subsequently served as a Senior Policy Manager in the Office of Land Resources. His experience also includes a variety of Office of Water Quality and Office of Air matters. He has also served as Chair of the Arkansas Bar Association Section on Environmental Law.
Mitchell received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi, J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and LL.M in Agriculture and Food Law from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
