A Blog Post yesterday noted that Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment – Division of Environmental Quality (“DEQ”) Director and Chief Administrator of the Environment, Mr. Caleb Osborne, was leaving to join the private sector.
The Post also noted that Ms. Bailey Taylor had been named to serve as Interim Director and Chief Administrator of the Environment.
The Post incorrectly stated that Bailey had been serving as the Interim DEQ Office of Air Quality Associate Administrator. This is incorrect. She has been serving as Interim DEQ Office of Land Resources Associate Administrator. Her most recent position prior to Interim DEQ Office of Land Resources Associate Administrator was Deputy Associate Director for the Office of Water Quality.
Demetria Kimbrough is the DEQ Office of Air Quality Associate Administrator.
